FLEXERGIS Sp. z o.o. is a well-known and experienced manufacturer of disposable flexible product packaging, printed using flexographic technology. Our primary area of operations is the food industry. 

We produce packaging from carefully selected materials, i.e. various flexible films: PE, PP, PET, barrier films, paper and paints and adhesives dedicated to packaging that has direct contact with food.

Packaging production operations were started in 1997 and today our printing house uses cutting-edge machines and equipment, i.e. 3 printing machines to 10 colour, 2 laminators and 5 slitters, produced by global leading manufacturers of machinery and equipment for the packaging industry. Our printing house also has a professional paint mixer controlled by Ink Formulation and Color Quality software, which guarantee the use of tailor-made palettes and 100% reproducibility of printed packaging. The company has ISO 9001:2015 BRC GS for Packaging Materials and ISO 14001. Flexergis also has its own graphic studio that prepares designs for flexo printing and an advanced line for the production of CTP (Computer to Plate) photopolymeric matrixes with a HD Flexo exposing option. All those solutions ensure a comprehensive and fast delivery of the most difficult patterns and customer orders.

In 2020, a new part of the facility with high-bay warehouses and a social and technical zone was put into use.
